This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the manner in which Editas Medicine, Inc. and any of its affiliates (the “Company” or “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected about you through your use of editasmedicine.com (the “Web Site”). This Policy does not apply to our collection, use, maintenance or disclosure of information gathered through means outside of the Web Site. By accessing and using the Web Site, you consent to the collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of information as described herein. Information we collect

Personal Information You Provide. When we use the term “personal information” in this Policy, we mean any information we directly associate with a specific person or that can be reasonably used to identify a specific person. Children / Minors

The services made available through this Web Site are not directed to, and we do not intend to, or knowingly, collect or solicit personal information from children or minors under the age of 13. These websites and/or mobile applications are operated by third parties. Some of the mobile applications may collect sensitive information about you, such as location information. This Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the practices of third parties that collect your personal information either through their websites, mobile applications or otherwise. Updates to this Policy

This Policy is subject to occasional revisions, and if we make any material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes on the Web Site and updating the effective date of the Policy.

Any changes to this Policy will be effective upon thirty calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on the Web Site.
